School Environmental Protection Act 2003 (SEPA)

School IPM Legislation (State and Federal): School Children’s Health Act (2006) and School Environment Protection Act (2003).

This section contains federal legislation (The school environment protection act of 2003; (SEPA 2003) that if passed will require all school districts across the nation to implement IPM programs. It also contains the North Carolina State Legislation, The school children’s Health Act, legislation that passed the senate on 6/29/06 that will require school districts in North Carolina to implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs.
