BOB BELLINGER

Dr. Bob Bellinger, Coordinator of Pesticide Programs at Clemson University, examines pesticide drift and the variables that affect it by utilizing water sensitive paper, a backpack sprayer, and a fan. Nozzle type, wind speed and spray pressure are among the factors you study during this demonstration. A package of water sensitive paper is given to participants so they can duplicate this demonstration in the future. The Clemson Pesticide Information Program web site can be found at: http://entweb.clemson.edu/pesticid. Many of the images included in this web site have been provided by Bob Bellinger.
